Aalu Quick fix

Hi.
I know people practically standing on the weighing scale the whole day, week, month , life won't like the idea of eating potatoes. Well .... I wish I was one of those people who could ignore tummy calls . No I can't. And here I am with a potato recipe. I call it Aalu quick fix.

Ingredients in this recipe are randomly selected from what is available in your kitchen and you can repeat this dish without potatoes . Here is what I did today.

Ingredients

3  Boiled potatoes ( pealed and smashed) !!! Don't mash'em
2  Table spoon oil (any)
1  Spicy green Chilli Chopped ( skip if you like)
1  Table spoon Cumin seeds
2  Tea spoon Red Chilli powder ( Don't be exact. Use your taste. A little less a little more on you)
    Salt to taste.
    Fresh Coriander leaves Chopped roughly.
Anything to add on ( Your wish really . Don't be shy to pop in some boiled peas or corn or some dhania chutney you made )
